Choosing Your New Residence.

I see a residence I am interested to enquire on.
What do I need to do to receive more information?

  • Contact our sales agent Nicola to discuss your initial enquiry.

  • Arrange to meet with our sales agent to go through your questions more thoroughly. This meeting will most likely be held at the Bayleys St Heliers office. Documents regarding the sale will be supplied to you at this meeting, so that you can start the decision process more informed.

  • If you have bespoke requirements, let us know. We are here to help you move into the home you’ll love.

  • Importantly, you need to understand the information supplied. We firmly suggest you review and consult on the property documents in all respects, with your trusted professionals. This should include your solicitor, accountant, banking professionals and those with knowledge of the building industry, or any other professional who may know your personal situation and can therefore best guide you.

  • We love questions. So if you have them, just ask. You need to make informed decisions and we are here to help you every step of the way.
